People write a lot about building a company being all about people, but I’m not sure I read much about how to become a person that people want to work with. (Maybe someone could point me at some good books/blogs/articles? 
So this year I’m going to focus on being a people person, in particular a people person that people want to follow, want to get involved with and be excited about.
Why? If I look at all the things that have worked for me so far and all the great information I’ve received it all came from dealing with exceptional people. If I look at the most successful people I’ve dealt with in person they just have an amazing aura about them. You want to follow them, you want to be around them, they give you energy.
How am I going to tackle this? Well I’m not sure yet. Stay tuned.
